W-2 Reminder: Update Your Contact Information
The new year has officially begun and that means tax season is just around the corner! Avoid any tax season stress by ensuring you receive your W-2’s. Call your local Integrity branch to update your contact information so your W-2 can be accurate and delivered to you on time this tax season.
Your W-2 will be available and mailed by the 4th week of January 2016. To update your information, contact your local Integrity Office and provide them with the following information:
Employee Name- Address
- ZIP Code
- Accurate Phone Number
- Email address so we can contact you if we have further issues.
